Who these terms are between

They are between you and PaintMeets, which runs guided paint & sip events across the UAE. By reserving a seat you agree to what is set out on this page.

Reserving a seat

• Reserving is free. We do not ask for a card and there is no deposit.
• Your seat is held as soon as you submit the form, which is why the seats-remaining count on the event page drops immediately.
• You get a booking reference that looks like PM-XXXXXX. Keep it — it is how we find your booking.
• We then confirm your seat. If a session fills up before you submit, we will tell you straight away and nothing is charged.

Paying

• You pay at the venue when you arrive, not online.
• Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and are per seat.
• The price shown when you booked is the price you pay. If we change a package price afterwards, your existing booking keeps the price you were shown.

If you can't make it

Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may pass your ticket to someone else instead — just message us with your booking reference and tell us who is coming in your place.

Because you reserve for free and pay at the venue, an unpaid reservation that you simply tell us to release costs you nothing. Please do let us know, so we can offer the seat to someone else.

Passing your ticket on

• You can give your ticket to someone else — tell us who is coming in your place so we have the right name at the session.
• A ticket cannot be moved to a different event. It belongs to the session you booked.

How long a session runs

Each workshop is around two hours of painting, creativity and socialising.

Age

Everyone is welcome at our workshops — no experience and no particular age group required.

The person making the booking must be 18 or over, because they are the one entering contact details and agreeing to these terms. Under-18s are very welcome to attend alongside a parent or guardian who books for them.

What your ticket includes

Turn up empty-handed. Your ticket covers the full painting experience and all the supplies:

• A canvas
• Paints
• Brushes and an apron
• All the painting supplies for the session

Food and drinks depend on which package you choose — the event page shows exactly what each package includes before you book.

Where we run

We host workshops in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, depending on availability. We also run private painting experiences for birthdays, team events and other occasions — message us and we'll arrange it.

If we have to change a session

Occasionally a session has to move or be called off — a venue issue, an artist falling ill. If that happens we will contact you using the phone number or email on your booking, and since you have not paid anything up front there is nothing to refund.

Governing law

PaintMeets operates in the United Arab Emirates, and these terms are governed by UAE law.
